What You Will Be Doing As a Phlebotomist, you will collect blood and coordinate specimen samples from patients, delivering excellent customer service and highquality healthcare. Your Key Responsibilities Collect samples (blood and nonblood) with care and attention. Keep meticulous records for every patient and sample. Deliver documentation within strict turnaround times. Prepare and package specimens for transport and testing. Liaise with customers, clinic staff, and couriers. What Type of Person Will Be Successful Experienced Pathology Collector or candidate with a Certificate III in Pathology Collection. Registered Nurses seeking daytime shifts are also welcome. No prior pathology experience but a customerservice focus and healthcare background? We offer fully paid training and mentoring. Attributes & Skills You Would Possess Experience or knowledge in Phlebotomy/Certificate III in Pathology Collection or other healthcare background. Excellent customer service and communication skills with high empathy. Organised, strong time management, and attention to detail. Ability to work autonomously, sometimes independently in a solo clinic. Valid drivers licence and flexibility to travel to multiple clinics. Working with Childrens Check or willingness to obtain it. Australian citizen, permanent resident, New Zealand citizen, or valid visa with work permission.
