About the Role This role is responsible for coordinating inventory and order management within the Kit Centre, ensuring timely and complete deliveries. It requires strong organisational skills, proactive communication, and attention to detail. Primary Responsibilities: Process customer orders through the Capral estimating programCollate, prioritise, and track orders through to deliveryLiaise with powder coating, anodising, and other suppliers to ensure deadlines are metCommunicate with internal departments (sales, manufacturing, etc.) to resolve order concernsDiscuss discrepancies and technical information directly with customersManage the complaints process, ensuring timely and effective resolutionsOrder and manage consumables for the Kit CentreCoordinate with maintenance suppliers to ensure equipment functionalityProduce weekly reports on Kit Centre orders and delivery performanceMonitor and report on lead times, distributing data to relevant stakeholdersChampion personal safety, risk minimisation, and a strong SH&E culturePerform other duties as required and appropriate to the role About You You will be a self-motivated person who enjoys working in a high-performance culture. To be considered applicants MUST have: Excellent communication and relationship building skillsHigh accuracy and attention to detailUnderstanding of inventory management, stock trends, and forecastingPrevious inventory, manufacturing or customer service experienceIntermediate Microsoft suite skillsAn LF licence is preferred but not a must. Applicants must also be prepared to undertake a pre-employment medical inclusive of drug and alcohol test.
