Purpose The Administration Team leader is to provide guidance, direction and leadership to the site administration team. The Administration Team Leader is required to monitor the workload of each administrator and ensure each administrator understands their role and is sufficiently trained to complete assigned tasks successfully. The Team leader is expected to gain an extensive understanding of all administrative tasks within the division to manage, support and streamline the process where possible. Reports to Operations manager Key Responsibilities Lead and coach the administration team to ensure Superintendents, Managers and Goodline employees are provided with high level administration support services. Effectively manage the administrative team to ensure best practice and all work is carried out aligned with Goodline Policies and Procedures. Provide leadership and guidance to the Administration Team, through effective talent management, performance evaluations, and staff development to ensure the team has the necessary skills and capabilities. Leading by example, build and maintain a positive work culture underpinned by Goodlines values. Assist all Site Managers and Superintendents when required and provide guidance where necessary. Contribute to continuous improvement process/project opportunities and actively engage with key stakeholders and the Kawana Office to embrace collaboration and automation opportunities. Build and maintain a professional working relationship with key stakeholders and the Kawana Office. Manage a small portfolio of Apprentices and act as the first point of contact for all apprenticeship queries. Capability Requirements Significant experience in managing a team with demonstrated leadership and management skills. Ability to create and maintain a HIFOCUD culture within the team. Advanced conceptual and problem-solving skills with the ability to offer solutions to complex problems. Strong Time Management and prioritising skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks to ensure deadlines are met. Advanced knowledge of all Goodline Administration Systems including Viewpoint, PeoplePoint and SafePoint. A personable attitude with a desire to build and maintain effective relationships with Head Office Personnel. A willingness to assist and work with the Administration team to get the job done. A self-motivated attitude with the ability to work autonomously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A passion for ongoing learning and development within the mining and resource sector. Advanced digital literacy skills, including the ability to adapt to new systems. An inherent drive for continuous improvement in Goodline systems and processes.
