What this opportunity involves Are you a datadriven professional with a passion for property analysis and business development? JLL is seeking a talented Property Analyst to join our Work Dynamics team and play a crucial role in expanding the parcel locker network for our client Australia Post. As a Property Analyst, youll support the Business Development Lead in identifying and evaluating potential locations for Australia Posts parcel locker network expansion. Youll utilise advanced data analysis techniques to drive strategic decisionmaking and contribute to the growth of this innovative initiative. An overview of the role Analyse business development briefs and provide datadriven insights Identify and prioritise highpotential partnership opportunities using multiple datasets Develop and present comprehensive data insights to refine business development strategies Maintain and improve a database of market intelligence and property information Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure actionable data insights Identify process improvements and innovative approaches to data analysis Sound like you?
