In this role, you''ll be responsible for preparing and operating production equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare equipment and raw materials to make products according to Work Orders. Follow health and safety guidelines while working. Document production details and complete required logs. Take product samples to ensure quality. Assist with loading and unloading products and materials. Maintain equipment by performing regular cleaning and maintenance. Monitor raw material inventory and manage stock levels. Help ensure the security of materials coming in and out of the plant. Qualifications Current forklift licence (desired). Experience in mill operations or similar roles Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards. Ability to follow instructions and routines. Comfortable using basic computer systems or PLCs. Strong attention to detail and good decision-making skills.
