The integrated end-to-end rural solutions package also provides customers with the benefits of utilising Lindsay Transport''s refrigerated fleet to deliver rural supplies to farms and transporting fresh produce direct to major east coast markets. Lindsay Rural is currently seeking a Storeperson / Counter Sales Assistant to join the team at our Bundaberg branch. Primary Duties Stock control and receiving of goods. Stock distribution, storing and preparing for dispatching. Counter / store front sales and service. Take customer orders and payments in person or over the phone where required. Building relationships with customers and providing advice on products. Record chemicals as per Lindsay Rural procedures. General store duties as required. About You Prior experience in a similar role or industry desirable but not essential. Have excellent customer service and relationship building skills. A positive attitude with great communication skills and a willingness to learn. Current and valid Forklift licence highly regarded. Have a commitment to workplace health and safety. The ability to work unsupervised. Requirements Pass a Commercial Drivers Health Assessment including drug and alcohol test. Be flexible and able to work over weekends as required.Able to work in and around chemical, fertilizer, nutrient and packaging.
