They are involved in planning, implementing, evaluating and reporting on services, identifying opportunities for improvement in clinical practice and service delivery, and leading ongoing quality improvement activities with other staff and teams within the district.Where You''ll Be WorkingSWSLHD Community Mental Health Services provide comprehensive, communitybased mental health care across South Western Sydney. These services cater to children, adolescents, adults and older persons, ensuring specialised care throughout various life stages. The multidisciplinary teams offer mental health assessments, crisis intervention, care coordination and therapy, working closely with inpatient services, GPs and other community organisations to provide holistic care.How To ApplyTo be considered for this position, please ensure you address the following questions as thoroughly as possible. View our application guide for information on how to respond to criteria and improve your application.Relevant qualifications as either: Occupational Therapist registered with AHPRA; Qualified Social Worker eligible for registration with AASW; Full Registration with AHPRA with full endorsement in Clinical Psychology or eligibility to progress to Clinical Psychology endorsement with AHPRA and completion of a recognised postgraduate Clinical Psychology qualification; Registered Nurse, currently registered with AHPRA.Describe a time when you led a multidisciplinary mental health team through a complex clinical situation. How did you ensure evidencebased, recoveryoriented, and culturally appropriate care was delivered, and what strategies did you use to monitor performance and outcomes across the team?Explain how you have contributed to clinical governance and quality improvement within a mental health service. How did you engage with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen service delivery, and what outcomes were achieved through these partnerships?Applicants must possess an Australian CClass drivers licence (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a Cclass licence (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW Cclass (P1 or P2 included) licence within three months of appointment.
