Were seeking an experienced and professional Coordinator Business Services to provide strategic, executive and administrative support to the Director Planning & Development while leading a small, high-performing business support team.The OpportunityReporting directly to the Director Planning & Development, this role leads the Business Services team to ensure the smooth, efficient and professional operation of the department. Youll oversee office coordination, governance processes, project support and customer service delivery while embedding a culture of accountability, collaboration and service excellence.Your remit will include:Providing executive and administrative support to the Director and departmental leadership.Coordinating business operations, including finance tasks, procurement, correspondence, records and reporting.Leading a small team to deliver consistent and high-quality business services.Overseeing departmental correspondence, CRM requests, and customer communications.Managing meetings, events and inter-departmental projects with professionalism and precision.Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.This is a hands-on coordination role for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys balancing strategic oversight with practical delivery.For more information, please download the position description.
