The RoleReporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a winning team to achieve sustainable sales growth through consistently delivering the Ultimate Retail Experience. Responsibilities include: Managing stock processes including preparing stock for sale, stocktake, audits, acceptance and transfers Operational compliance within back of house Inventory management and data accuracy Responsible for supporting customer escalations Provide technical support and training for new and existing processes, products or service Develop a strong business relationship with the outsource Samsung Service team to drive continuous improvement Completion of rosters Coaching and development of your team to support operational areas Whats in it for You?
