ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT - CONSULTING SUITES Job No: AACSC20203010 Location: Portland Employment Type: Casual Available from: 3rd November 2025 An exciting and rewarding opportunity is available for a suitably qualified candidate to join the Consulting Suites Administration team at Portland District Health. As an Administration clerk you are a vital member of the administrative support team. The administrative responsibilities encompass highlevel frontline customer service with accurate collection of critical data and efficient administration processes. It involves working within a team and liaising with clients, visitors, staff and health professionals. Good problemsolving, multitasking and organisational skills are essential. A helpful, respectful and approachable attitude is expected. About you: Demonstrated Administrative clerical experience Demonstrated high computer literacy with data entry skills Ability to determine priorities, multitask and organise workload effectively and efficiently Striving for a high standard of excellence with work processes and outcomes. Striving for high customer satisfaction with a helpful and friendly attitude when interacting with internal and external stakeholders. Being respectful, approachable and team oriented, building strong working relationships and a positive work environment. Taking ownership of your work, doing what is needed without being asked and following through when required. Being receptive to feedback, willing to learn, embracing continuous improvement. Cert III or Cert IV in Business administration regarded favourably. About us: Portland District Health (PDH) provides an integrated health service for the community.
