ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT - CONSULTING SUITES Job No: AACSC20203010 Location: Portland Employment Type: Casual Available from: 3rd November 2025 An exciting and rewarding opportunity is available for a suitably qualified candidate to join the Consulting Suites Administration team at Portland District Health. As an Administration clerk you are a vital member of the administrative support team. The administrative responsibilities encompass highlevel frontline customer service with accurate collection of critical data and efficient administration processes. It involves working within a team and liaising with clients, visitors, staff and health professionals. Good problemsolving, multitasking and organisational skills are essential. A helpful, respectful and approachable attitude is expected. About you: Demonstrated Administrative clerical experience Demonstrated high computer literacy with data entry skills Ability to determine priorities, multitask and organise workload effectively and efficiently Striving for a high standard of excellence with work processes and outcomes. Striving for high customer satisfaction with a helpful and friendly attitude when interacting with internal and external stakeholders. Being respectful, approachable and team oriented, building strong working relationships and a positive work environment. Taking ownership of your work, doing what is needed without being asked and following through when required. Being receptive to feedback, willing to learn, embracing continuous improvement.
