The Service Support Manager will plan, manage, monitor and report on the administrative and site management functions of the Community Service Centres (CSC) and directly undertake some administrative functions, in addition to other duties. You will supervise a team in the provision of efficient, effective frontline, administrative and site management services. A major aspect of your role is to ensure clientfocused and consistent highquality service delivery across DCJ CSCs.
