Allied Health Lead- Occupational Therapist | Blue Care | Allied Health TeamEmployment Term: Permanent Full TimeLocation: Statewide Services QLDRemuneration: $75.36 p/hr + 12% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances5 weeks annual leaveYour part in our BlueCare teamAs the Allied Health Lead- Occupational Therapy, working in collaboration with the Allied Health Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of a high quality and sustainable Occupational Therapy services in Central and North Queensland and via Telehealth. This will be embedded into the Neighbourhood service delivery model.You will use your leadership and clinical expertise to provide dedicated and focussed support to a team of Occupational Therapists working within the Specialised Services Statewide Allied Health Team. You will connect this group across Queensland, making it a cohesive unit, removing professional isolation.Your engagement in Multi-Disciplinary Care forums will embed the work of your team into local Neighbourhoods, ensuring care remains client centred and focused around addressing holistic care needs. These forums will also ensure collaborative allied health practice continues and grows in strength alongside your equivalent professional lead colleagues.You will drive best practice standards of care whilst providing staff support through a variety of means including; performance development conversations, clinical supervision, professional development and intensive on-boarding support for new starter and graduates.You will be intricately involved in ensuring BlueCare clients receive access to timely and quality care and that their needs are met and responded to.
