The Opportunity Persy''s Projects pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Excavator/Bobcat Operator to join our growing construction team in Bundaberg, Queensland. As a key member of our Plant & Machinery Operators, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of our construction projects. Key Responsibilities Operate excavators and bobcats efficiently and safely to complete a variety of civil and construction tasks. Carry out routine maintenance and prestart checks on assigned plant and machinery. Follow all site safety protocols and work procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with the wider construction team to coordinate equipment usage and project workflow. Identify and report any issues or defects with plant and machinery to ensure optimal performance. Maintain detailed records of plant utilisation, maintenance and any incidents. What We''re Looking For Minimum 3 years'' experience as an Excavator/Bobcat Operator in a construction environment. Demonstrated proficiency in operating a range of plant and machinery including excavators, bobcats, HR truck driving. Strong understanding of construction processes, site safety requirements and relevant regulations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines. Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail. Current HR or HC driver''s licence and High Risk Work Licence for Excavator and Bobcat operation.
