OverviewWe are currently seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead our aviation operations across multiple bases. If youre a results-focused aviation professional with strong leadership and operational planning skills, wed love to welcome you onboard.Your RoleIn this role, your key responsibilities will include:Overseeing and managing daily flight operations to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiencyLeading and coordinating teams across multiple bases to maintain smooth operational deliveryBuilding strong relationships with internal departments, clients, and aviation stakeholdersManaging performance, capacity planning, and operational reportingDriving consistency in processes and ensuring adherence to CASA and company standardsEssential RequirementsMinimum 5 years experience in airline or charter operations, preferably under CASA Part 135Proven leadership and people management skills within aviation operationsStrong knowledge of CASA requirements and safety management systemsExcellent analytical, organisational, and communication skillsAbility to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidaysAbility to obtain and hold an ASICAdditional QualificationsTertiary qualifications in aviation, management, or a related field are desirable.
