Responsibilities We are seeking passionate single and management couples to support day-to-day store operations across multiple locations. Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, stock control, merchandising, and staff supervision. Provide effective leadership and mentoring to instore teams, fostering a collaborative and culturally respectful environment. Ensure compliance with Food Safety Standards, WHS, and company policies. Maintain excellent store presentation and high levels of customer service. Support staff training initiatives. Build positive relationships with community stakeholders and team members. Skills and Experiences To thrive in this role, youll need a blend of experience and passion, including: Supermarket Retail Expertise: Minimum of 3 years in retail or fastmoving consumer goods within a supermarket environment. Leadership Skills: Proven experience in mentoring, training, and leading diverse teams. Operational Knowledge: Competence in rostering, staff allocation, and budget management. Cultural Awareness: Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures. Customer Focus: Strong customer service and relationshipbuilding skills. Tech Savvy: Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly. Working Rights: Must prove unrestricted working rights within Australia.
