This role suits someone who thrives in a dynamic, creative environment where attention to detail and accuracy are valued as highly as collaboration and initiative.The Role:Working closely with our Managing Director and project teams, you will be responsible for managing the daytoday accounting and administrative functions of the business, including:Endtoend bookkeeping and daily transaction management.Accurate and timely payroll processing using MYOB.Managing accounts payable and receivable, supplier invoices, and client payments.Daily reconciliation of bank accounts and projectrelated expenses.Maintaining and updating employee records, superannuation, and leave entitlements.Assisting with award compliance and ensuring adherence to Fair Work obligations.Preparing weekly and monthly financial reports.Supporting quarterly BAS and EOFY processes.General office administration, document control, and workflow support.This isnt just another parttime administration role.
