The Administration Officer will be responsible for various administration tasks including general administration and customer service, enrolment and orientation coordination for new families joining the centre. This position will be required to communicate effectively and provide a high level of customer services to the families within the centre; they will perform a range of administration tasks for the Centre Director and their respective team within the centre. Experience / Criteria Demonstrated ability in accurate and proficient performance of a wide range of administrative tasks Excellent communication skills in interactions with families Demonstrated capacity to organise, prioritise and manage several tasks at one time to meet various deadlines Ability to act with tact and discretion, maintaining high standards of confidentiality Intermediate experience and ability to work with Microsoft Office programs, specifically Word and Excel Qualifications Minimum of 3 years administration experience Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) Prior administration experience in the early education sector (Desirable) Experience with Child Care Management System software (Desirable) If you genuinely share our passion for Childhood Education we would love to hear from you!
