Youll be stepping into a well-established, high-performing site, and the best part? Were looking for an inspiring leader with experience in the aquatics or swim school industry, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to keep both their team and customers smiling. What youll do as a Swim School Manager: Lead, support, and motivate a passionate team of swim instructors and customer service staff Manage day-to-day operations with a focus on excellence in safety, service, and performance Champion our Learn to Swim program and community partnerships Drive enrolment growth and continue the sites outstanding reputation Foster a fun, inclusive, and high-energy culture What youll bring: Proven experience in a leadership or management role ideally in aquatics, recreation, or education A hands-on, people-first approach with great communication and problem-solving skills Current Swim Teacher Qualification, First Aid, CPR, and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) A genuine passion for helping families and kids develop lifelong water confidence Why join us?
