About The Role As part of the Adult Community Team, youll provide compassionate, person-centred care for adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Youll work collaboratively with consumers to assess needs, coordinate care, and deliver tailored interventions that empower them to achieve their recovery goals and live fulfilling lives within their communities. Youll be supported by experienced leaders, including a dedicated Community Manager and Clinical Coordinator, and benefit from regular clinical supervision, ongoing education, and access to district-wide professional networks. Requirements Must hold a qualification in one of the following: Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Nursing, Social Work, Counsellor (Degree in Bachelor of Health Science Mental Health, Djirruwang Program), Nutrition, and Dietetics which provides eligibility or membership of the relevant professional association / provisional or general registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
