About the Role Reporting to the Team Leader Project Management, this fixedterm role (until August 2027) will utilise your extensive construction, project management, contract management and team leadership experience to deliver projects to agreed quality standards, timeframes, and budgets. The role involves capital works infrastructure projects and upgrades of DDA compliant bus stops throughout the LGA. Manage the delivery of a wide range of infrastructure projects, including the initiation, design and implementation of DDA compliant bus stops throughout the LGA. Temporary position until August2027. Hybrid working environment. Your commencing annual salary will range from $119,026.44 to $145,807.39 + Superannuation + Civil Liability Allowance, dependent on your experience and qualifications. About You We are looking for a Project Manager with strong project management skills to join the Project Delivery Section who can drive Councils projects and facilitate engagement with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project outcomes are achieved. Degree level qualification in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or related. Extensive experience in the planning, scheduling and delivery of multidisciplinary projects which include civil, public domain and landscape works with high community/political visibility. Excellent knowledge of legislation, regulations, design standards and codes of practice related to the construction, safety and management of civil, public domain and landscape projects. Highly developed written communication skills including the ability to develop and oversee the preparation of tender and contract documentation, complex briefings and technical reports and community consultation/notification. Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to negotiate project delivery outcomes with internal and external stakeholders. Current NSW Drivers Licence.
