Commercial Analyst - Global FMCG Organisation As a Commercial Analyst, youll work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to deliver actionable insights that shape strategic and tactical decisions. Youll be responsible for financial modelling, scenario analysis, pricing optimisation, and performance reporting across Australia and NewZealand. Responsibilities Build and refine financial models to support strategic planning and scenario analysis. Deliver timely reporting on sales spend, pricing, and market dynamics. Monitor pricing execution and compliance, providing insights to optimise profitability. Support portfolio and sales strategy initiatives through in-depth performance analysis. Prepare dashboards and tools to identify risks and opportunities. Drive continuous improvement in analytical processes and data quality. Align sales and marketing planning with brand and market targets. Partner with crossfunctional teams to influence decisions and deliver measurable results. Adhoc work as required. Qualifications CA/CPA qualified. Energetic team player who thrives in a collaborative, highenergy environment. Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to translate data into insights. 2+ years experience in commercial analysis, ideally within FMCG or consumer products. Adaptable and quick learner with strong business partnering skills. Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in reporting and analysis.
