About the Role The Community Facilities Booking Officer plays a pivotal role in the administration and coordination of bookings for community centres, halls, and open spaces managed by the Central Coast Council. The position is designed to ensure that bookings are handled equitably and efficiently while providing toptier customer service to the community. In this role you will manage inquiries, process bookings, and maintain the online booking system, all while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures. Ideal Candidate Profile Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience. Class C Driver''s Licence. Previous experience in customer service or bookingsrelated roles. Strong administrative skills with proficiency in data entry and office management. Other Important Information The commencing salary for this position is up to $73.5k per annum. This is a permanent fulltime role. Hybrid working: 2 days from home and 3 days onsite. Location: Wyong Administration Building. Extra Benefits Long service leave after 5 years of continuous service.
