The Frankston Adult Case Management Team provide timely and responsive mental health assessments and treatments to people aged 2664 who require urgent, short term or ongoing intensive community based mental health treatments and support. What You Need RPN, OT, SW and Psychology Qualified and registered, with relevant National Board (Mental Health nursing qualification such as a post graduate qualification in psychiatric/mental health nursing or a specialist undergraduate psychiatric/mental health nursing program) Have a demonstrated working knowledge of the Victorian Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022, including: the mental health principles, the protection of rights, the compulsory treatment framework, capacity and informed consent, restrictive interventions Demonstrated commitment to delivering high quality outcomes for consumers Peninsula Health is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity and promotes a workplace that welcomes and includes the unique contributions of all people.
