Originally conceived as a community hub, the Bridge Inn was designed to bring together locals and visitors alike. It serves as a welcoming destination where families, friends, and everyone in between can gather to enjoy a refreshing drink or indulge in a delightful meal. We have recently completed a comprehensive renovation of our A La Carte and Lounge dining areas. Our extensive menu showcases the finest ingredients sourced from local suppliers and reflects the essence of our community. This is a high volume, high quality F&B driven venue yet still has all the trimmings of your local pub including a sports bar with 40 screens and a theatrette style viewing area along with a well serviced gaming room. A day in the life of a Publican: You know the locals by name, they reckon youre one of their own, all while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L. You run the place like its your own modern-day home, keeping things safe, smooth, and compliant. You''re the pillar of the local community and the driving force behind a high-performing team. You put out fires before anyone even notices there was smoke. You bring the vibe, the service, and the smiles every shift, every day. Inherent requirements: This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries).
