The role will involve delivering new codesigned community mental health services and districtwide cultural change and training initiatives across Macarthur and Liverpool. The successful applicant will provide traumainformed, recoveryoriented, strengthsbased leadership and support staff in delivering compassionate and empathetic care. What Youll Be Doing The primary purpose of the Project Manager is to provide expert advice, professional leadership, project management and education on all facets of development of a comprehensive change strategy and project plan and framework to support implementation of the Towards Zero Suicide Initiatives across South Western Sydney Local Health District (SWSLHD). Key Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation and evaluation of TZS initiatives and related projects. Engage diverse stakeholders, including clinicians, NGOs, government bodies and people with lived experience. Apply structured changemanagement methodologies and codesign principles to ensure inclusive, culturally responsive and sustainable services. Coordinate and communicate progress to senior leadership and governing bodies. Produce and manage project documentation, timelines and budgets. Qualifications & Experience Relevant tertiary qualifications in a healthrelated discipline or demonstrated equivalent professional experience in clinical redesign. Proven experience leading complex mental health services and applying structured change management methodologies. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of building partnerships and managing risk. Australian Cclass drivers licence (including P1 or P2). If licence is held from a state other than NSW, it must be converted within three months of appointment. Australian citizenship or permanent Australian residency.
