Working closely with the Operations Manager and Volunteer Coordinators, you will contribute to innovative strategies, community partnerships, and projects that make a real difference. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Support Volunteer Coordinators across the region with advice and practical guidance. Develop and implement volunteer management and engagement strategies. Review and improve volunteer policies, systems, and procedures. Contribute to marketing initiatives to attract and celebrate volunteers. To be successful in this role You are an organised and proactive professional who enjoys collaborating with people from all walks of life. You bring strong communication, planning, and analytical skills, allowing you to manage competing priorities and deliver results with confidence.
