About The Role In this role, you''ll be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the team, allocating duties, and ensuring work is completed to a high standard. About You Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following: Ability to manage operational services, including the delivery of food and cleaning services. Ability to exercise judgement on task performance and quality outcomes, in line with quality improvement principles. Experience in the professional development, deployment and evaluation of Operational Services Officers. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with own team and all internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated contemporary management knowledge and skills specifically the ability to deliver effective human resource management and advanced financial literacy within the healthcare environment. Demonstrated legislation / policy knowledge and the ability to develop documents supporting the application of same. Expert knowledge of food safety legislation. Expert knowledge of required cleaning standards in accordance with Strategic Operational Services Advisory Network (SOSAN) High level of skill in interpersonal, written and electronic communication.
