In this role, youll ensure our products meet the highest standards for food safety, organic certification, and customer requirements. What youll do: Maintain and improve QA systems in line with HACCP, organic, and customer standards Coordinate and prepare for external audits, maintaining certifications Develop and implement SOPs for processing, packing, and dispatch Conduct internal audits and inspections across facilities and processes Investigate complaints, implement corrective actions, and maintain traceability records Train staff on food safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures Collaborate with production and logistics teams to meet customer specifications What youll bring: Degree or diploma in Food Science, Quality Management, or related field 3+ years in a food QA or compliance role Experience with HACCP, organic standards, and food safety audits If youre detailfocused and passionate about maintaining the highest standards, wed love to hear from you.
