Reporting to the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible to oversee, manage and to ensure all contractual requirements are met. You will be on-site point of contact for the client, sub-contractors, and other key stakeholders.A snapshot of what you will do:Manage and coordinate the delivery of all Facilities Management Services within contract scopeOverall financial responsibility for the site budgets and accountsDirection, management and development of reporting ISS staffResponsible for business planning, setting policy and objectives for the siteDevelop and present regular client reports to an agreed set of criteriaControl all purchasing, ensuring competitive pricing, tenders, approvals and timely submission for settlementLiaise with clients and various internal and external stakeholders to deliver positive outcomesIntroduce initiatives and encourage a continuous improvement philosophy across the sites, driving client/customer satisfactionWhat will you possess to be successful:Graduate with degree or equivalent in engineering, property, and business or related recognized facilities management professional qualification would be an advantage.Demonstrable evidence of team management and leadership skillsA good working knowledge of hard services is essentialIT - good working knowledge Excel, Word, Power Point and other Microsoft Office toolsExcellent client relationship skillsMust be able to provide a police check clearanceCan do attitude and willing to jump in to ensure service delivery is achieved where requiredWhat is in for you?Competitive salary packagingTool of the trade vehicle, plus company laptop and mobile phone.Ongoing learning and development opportunitiesInternal opportunities within our global organizationPositive company cultureTo apply for this role please click on the ''apply'' link and complete the online application.ISS is passionate about creating a culture that values inclusion and diversity, where all our people are treated fairly and respectfully.
