Aon, Surfers Paradise, Queensland, Australia Client Manager | Gold Coast We are seeking a Client Manager to join our National Team, which specialises in the delivery of bestinclass risk management solutions for clients. Aon has an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network. This role is a key driver of our longterm growth ambitions in this segment and will work closely with leadership to drive positive results in the Gold Coast region. What The Day Will Look Like Lead a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries Build relationships and enhance the client experience Identify development opportunities for designated portfolio and design appropriate servicing solutions Develop new and profitable business within the National segment Contribute to the strategic direction of the National business Achieve renewal and new business budget Provide mentorship and development of team members within the region Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualifications Proven insurance broking capabilities Exceptional client relationship management Firstclass communication and presentation skills A keen entrepreneurial spirit, with demonstrated new business successes Strong technical understanding of a broad range of Commercial Insurance products Ability to build leverage existing networks and develop new networks Organisational skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment How We Support Our Colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
