The Role Working within Centrecares Therapeutic Framework, we are seeking an experienced Counsellor, to provide high-quality intake, screening, assessment, counselling, and support to victims of domestic and family violence. Duties will include conducting risk assessments, safety planning, and facilitating individual counselling sessions. Availability must be to work one evening per week until 8 pm at the Midland branch. Provide counselling and support to individuals affected by domestic and family violence.Utilise Centrecares Therapeutic Framework to maintain consistency in program design and service delivery.Conduct risk assessments, safety planning, and risk management in line with best practice standards.Actively support clients to engage and participate in counselling sessions and/or external programs.Manage counselling caseload, conduct client assessments, and develop case plans based on clients'' needs.Maintain documentation, including case notes, screenings, assessments, and support plan.
