Position: Civil Designer Sunshine Coast Office We are seeking to appoint a Civil Designer within our Sunshine Coast Office, a newly created role due to strong organic growth. You will work closely with Project Engineers, Project Managers and Senior Designers on the design and delivery of Urban Development projects, including land developments (residential and commercial), infrastructure and municipal projects such as roads, drainage, sewer, water, earthworks, erosion and sediment control. Key Responsibilities Review sketches, drawings and engineering data received from external consultants, clients and internal stakeholders. Create detailed engineering designs and construction drawings compliant with industry standards and codes. Analyse and prepare reports, drawings, planning and design documents for urban development projects. Liaise with stakeholders on a regular basis to manage project variations. Qualifications High level technical knowledge of industry codes and standards. Proven project design delivery experience. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. High level industry awareness and engagement. Relevant tertiary qualifications; proficiency in 12D, AutoCAD, 12D Drainage, PC Drain.
