Take a quick look at Living and Working in the Far West What youll be doing Ensure areas are cleaned as per Infection Control policies and procedures, to stop the risk of infection to staff, patients and visitors. General cleaning duties include toilets, hand basins, bed screens, curtains, doors and door frames, sweeping, mopping, dusting, removal of clinical waste, restock linen and toiletries. Assist Nursing staff with repositioning and lifting of patients and transportation patients to various departments and locations as directed and attend to requests for pathology x-ray and prescriptions. Service and distribution of patient meals, water jugs and menus including the setting up of the meal trays for the patients and ensure patients receive their morning, afternoon teas and supper.
