We offer project delivery services, specialising in project management of design and construct substations and overhead lines in the transmission industry. We are currently seeking proactive and experienced Site Administrator to support day to day operations on a major energy construction site. Youll play a critical role in ensuring compliance, documentation, and communication are seamless across site activities. As a Site Administrator, youll be the backbone of our onsite operations coordinating documentation, communicating with subcontractors and suppliers, and supporting site managers with daily administrative tasks. Your attention to detail and problemsolving skills will be critical to project success. Location: Inverell, NSW Employment Type: Full time Start Date: Decemer 2025 Salary: Competitive pay rate and site allowances Key Responsibilities Maintain and organise site documentation (permits, safety records, quality assurance etc.) Support site manager and project team with scheduling, reporting, communications and general errands Onboard machinery (compliance documentation and WHS record management) Handle procurement support (liaise with suppliers and track material deliveries) Update project databases and logs Assist with site inductions and compliance paperwork Requirements Prior experience in construction administration or a related field Strong organisational and timemanagement skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and under pressure Construction Industry Induction White Card Driver licence Right to work in Australia Desirable Forklift licence 4WD driver training #J-18808-Ljbffr
