About the Role As the Client Relationship Partner, you will generate revenue by selling BaptistCares residential products and services to new customers within your designated territory. Working as part of a sales team, you will convert sales leads into BaptistCare customers through an engaging approach that uncovers and meets their needs. Key Duties Assist customers and their representatives to access and register with My Aged Care (MAC) Maintain a sound understanding of MAC and ACAT assessment processes for funded care Manage relationships with prospective customers and their nominated representatives Record and track all customer interactions in Salesforce CRM Arrange and conduct professional, empathetic site tours, ensuring all rooms are salesready Monitor presentation standards of facilities and coordinate rectification of any issues Collaborate with site teams to provide a seamless, informative tour experience for walkins Identify customer needsclinical, social, financial and spiritualand match them to suitable BaptistCare services Accurately prepare and execute resident agreements, explaining key terms to residents and nominees Build strong referral networks with GPs, hospitals, public health networks and community organisations Develop strategies to grow referral opportunities and maintain an active waitlist Participate in regular site meetings to discuss upcoming admissions and discharges Maintain uptodate knowledge of aged care funding models, supplements and financial support options Ensure accurate and timely completion of reports, territory records, enquiries and complaint handling Support marketing initiatives, open days, expos and community events Travel between sites as required and participate in ongoing training and development About You You are a customerfocused professional with sales or relationshipmanagement experience. While agedcare experience is highly desirable, it is not essential. What matters most is your ability to build trust, connect with people, and guide them through important decisions with empathy and professionalism. You bring proven sales and negotiation skills, strong communication and presentation abilities, and confidence using CRM systems such as Salesforce. A good understanding of the My Aged Care (MAC) process, fees and legislative requirements is an advantage, but training and support will be provided.
