Inventory Reconciliation Specialist, Warehouse Operations Location: Lagrange, GA About the Role Help keep our warehouse running flawlessly by safeguarding inventory accuracy and supporting daily operations. If you enjoy problemsolving, organizing, and working with warehouse systems, this role is a great fit. A Day in the Life Start your shift by reviewing the cycle count schedule and prioritizing high-impact locations. Conduct counts, validate quantities, and dig into the why behind any variances you uncover. Use our warehouse management system (WMS) to document moves, adjustments, and transfers. Coordinate with receiving and shipping to reconcile records and ensure smooth product flow. Wrap up with clear reporting on count results and inventory levels, noting any followups. What Youll Own Executing routine cycle counts and spot checks to protect inventory integrity. Investigating discrepancies and correcting inventory records. Maintaining an orderly, safe, and efficient warehouse layout. Collaborating with teammates to improve inventory processes and accuracy. Tracking all inventory movements in the WMS and preparing precise reports. Pitching in with receiving and shipping activities when needed. What Youll Bring High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in logistics or supply chain is a plus. Handson background in warehouse operations or inventory control. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational habits. Ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment. Comfort with WMS tools, Microsoft Office, and especially Excel. Clear written and verbal communication. Physical capability to lift, move, and handle materials as required. Forklift operation experience (3+ years) and current forklift licensing.
