Within Technology Services, our five dynamic work units: Data, Architecture & Integration; Cyber Resilience; Digital Delivery & Innovation; Technology Platforms; and Operations & Services - collaborate to deliver cuttingedge solutions and highimpact projects across the University. As our valued Testing Specialist within Technology Services you will sit in the Digital Delivery and Innovation team. You will make an impact by: Executing and documenting comprehensive testing across university systems and applications Applying testdriven and automation practices to ensure efficient, repeatable results Collaborating with teams to troubleshoot, analyse failures, and enhance system quality Contributing to process improvement and quality assurance initiatives across projects What you will bring Youre a detailoriented team player whos passionate about quality and continuous improvement. You approach testing not just as a checklist, but as a mindset - one that helps teams deliver the best possible experience for students and staff. To succeed in this role, you will also need: Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with 2+ years testing experience, or equivalent experience demonstrating degreelevel knowledge. Proven ability to author and execute test plans, identify defects, and communicate results clearly as part of a delivery team. Experience with enterprise applications such as TechnologyOne, Microsoft Dynamics, Blackboard or Microsoft Teams. Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks, and an interest in testdriven design. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the courage to question and challenge assumptions within a dynamic team environment. Its not essential, but wed love it if you had an understanding of accessibility, compliance and QA standards in higher education settings.
