The Role Location: Katherine, NT Fulltime security guard duties at the hospital Ensure efficient staffing, rostering, and workforce planning to maintain operational continuity Monitor and report on contractual service hours and operational performance metrics Potential earnings up to $110,000 per annum (subject to availability, hours worked, overtime, classification, and other factors) Level 5 Wilson Security is expanding in the Northern Territory, creating new roles that enhance response and support capabilities for our teams and clients. This position is crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Managers. Duties & Responsibilities Provide strong customer service solutions to visitors, contractors, and clients Proactively monitor CCTV and access control systems Conduct building patrols to actively report and mitigate security and safety risks Identify and report hazards and building faults for rectification Respond to emergency situations Perform contractor management duties Carry out adhoc duties as required Who We Are Looking For Strong customer service skills Full working rights and availability Willingness to support and step up into other roles as required Ability to work well in a team or autonomously Ability to work in a rotational roster (nights, days, weekends) Australian citizen or hold unlimited work rights Current and valid NT security licence Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports Demonstrated ability with computers and securityrelated systems (access control, CCTV, Microsoft programmes) Availability and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods Crowd control endorsement highly desirable Current first aid & CPR certificate Benefits Wilson Security offers comprehensive training and development, employee benefits such as a wellbeing hub, health insurance discounts, and employee assistance programs.
