This permanent fulltime position commences Term12026 at Coastal Lakes College (CLC), a vibrant and forwardthinking secondary school located in the growing Peel region. Role CLC is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated School Officer to join our Student Services team. In this role you will support daily operations, assist in maintaining the colleges culture and promote our motto, and complete a wide range of administrative and support functions to a high standard, assisting the Manager Corporate Services. Responsibilities Support the daily operations of the Student Services area. Assist in maintaining the college culture and promote CLCs mottoImagine, Believe, Inspire, and Achieve. Complete a wide range of administrative and support functions to a high standard for the Manager Corporate Services. Provide effective administrative support with the ability to organise and prioritise tasks. Perform financial processes and procedures, including handling debtors, creditors, reconciliations, and preparing financial returns. Use computers and a range of application software, particularly databases, spreadsheets and word processing. Apply customer service principles and practices with good verbal and written communication skills. Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating good interpersonal skills. Eligibility Be an Australian or NewZealand citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of appointment. Obtain a valid Working With Children Check before starting. Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Educations Screening Unit before starting. Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
