Join RAA as a Systems Administrator and play a key role in keeping our technology platforms secure, reliable, and high performing. Youll work across servers, storage, cloud, and application delivery systems, ensuring our people have the tools they need to deliver for our members every day. This is not just another boring IT job but an opportunity to play a pivotal role in the setup and technology operations of 2 new Datacentres with the very latest hyperconverged hardware, and a new corporate headquarters with StateoftheArt smart building controls and IOT. In this role, youll: Migrate virtual machines to new Datacentres via dedicated dark fibre networks Maintain patch management and compliance across IT platforms Provide technical support and troubleshooting across hardware, software, mobile devices, and applications Manage and administer Windows, Linux, VMware ESXi, Nutanix, Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, and Microsoft 365 Support storage (SAN), backup/recovery, and highly available disaster recovery solutions Administer Citrix application delivery and maintain monitoring/alerting systems Contribute to the design, evaluation, and implementation of new technologies About you Youre a proactive, solutionsfocused professional who thrives in a highperforming environment. With strong technical expertise and a continuous improvement mindset, you bring both capability and drive. To succeed, youll bring: Tertiary qualifications in IT (or equivalent skills/experience) mandatory Experience managing servers, storage, cloud, and backup/recovery in complex environments Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, and Linux Familiarity with Citrix, SAN storage, Exchange/Office365, and Group Policy Experience with automation tools (e.g. PowerShell) and ITIL practices A strong understanding of cybersecurity, ideally aligned with the Essential8 Certifications such as MCSA/MS365, Azure Fundamentals, VMware VCP, Nutanix, or ITIL Foundation (highly regarded) About us Were proud to be one of South Australias most iconic brands, trusted by members for more than 120years.
