Leading Australian services business requires an experienced Business Analyst to drive improvements across operational support functions. As a Business Analyst your role will focus on analysing business processes, defining opportunities for optimisation, and supporting the delivery of scalable, datadriven solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve employee experience. Key Responsibilities Analyse, define, and implement improvements to end-to-end processes across business support functions. Develop and implement a Standard Operating Model to drive efficiency, scalability, and consistency. Work closely with stakeholders to capture requirements, assess current processes, and recommend optimised solutions. Support delivery of enhanced policies, processes, and performance frameworks. Provide insights through process mapping, workflow analysis, and reporting. To succeed in this role, you will have A strong background in Business Analysis within operational / administrative support functions. Experience across Finance, Commercial, and Risk preferred. Proficiency with Business Analysis and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Power BI). Proven ability to work with stakeholders across multiple business areas. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on scalable, repeatable solutions. The ability to work on site 4 - 5 days a week. Public transport is a 5 minute walk away.
