Qualifications Bachelors degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded). At least 57 years of senior management experience, preferably within the renewable energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors. Proven track record of strategic leadership, business development, and organisational growth. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and corporate governance processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex operational environments. Tasks & responsibilities Provide overall leadership and strategic direction across the companys operations, projects, and business functions. Develop and execute business plans, budgets, and strategies aligned with the organisations growth and sustainability goals. Oversee financial performance, risk management, and governance frameworks. Lead departmental managers to ensure efficiency, compliance, and consistent performance standards. Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to expand the companys renewable energy footprint. Represent the organisation in negotiations, stakeholder meetings, and external partnerships.
