Residential Manager Coolamon Villa Lead with purpose and compassion as the Residential Manager at Coolamon Villa, a warm and welcoming 50-bed aged care home located in the heart of Mullumbimby, NSW. This permanent full-time opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful difference within a respected, values-driven organisation. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Aged Care Leader with strong operational and clinical expertise, exceptional leadership and people management skills, and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care. In this key leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of Coolamon Villas daily operations, including clinical care, administration, hospitality, and lifestyle services. You will drive excellence and continuous improvement, foster a positive and supportive workplace culture, and maintain a strong focus on resident wellbeing and community connection. You will be supported by a skilled Care Manager, Senior Administration Coordinator, and team of nurses and carers, alongside guidance from your Regional Manager and centralised HR, Recruitment, and Operations functions. Key Responsibilities Drive operational performance, budget management, and resource allocation. Drive continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction. Foster an inclusive, supportive, and high-performing workplace culture. Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care. Build strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, and the local community. Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and Accreditation requirements. What Youll Bring Completion of tertiary qualifications in nursing, healthcare, or similar (Bachelor of Nursing). Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Proven leadership experience in residential aged care operations. Significant experience managing a single-site residential aged care home, encompassing clinical care, food services, and administration. Strong financial acumen and understanding of AN-ACC and compliance frameworks. Strong team leadership experience, with demonstrated abilities across all people management activities. A collaborative, compassionate leadership style with excellent communication skills.
