Were looking for a Project Support Officer to play a key role in supporting our Urban Development team across the project lifecycle. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and forwardthinking consultancy where your work will directly contribute to the delivery of exciting, longterm rewarding projects on the Sunshine Coast. This will be a Fixed Term Contract, from January 2026 - January 2027. Responsibilities Provide highlevel administrative and project support to Project Managers and leaders Assist with bids, tenders, and proposals, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance Support project controls including invoicing, scheduling, supplier engagement, timesheets, and reporting Maintain accurate records through our CRM system and ensure projects meet governance and quality requirements Build positive relationships with internal teams, external clients, and stakeholders Promote strong health, safety, and environmental practices across projects. Qualifications Experience in an administration role Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with exceptional attention to detail Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills A proactive, professional, and collaborative approach to your work Additional Information Egis is committed to creating an inclusive, creative culture that embraces diversity and flexibility.
