Nature of position: Full time, 12-month fixed term contract. Reporting Line: Digital Support Manager About the role As the Senior Digital Support Engineer, youll lead the delivery of high-level IT support across Service Streams digital workplace. Acting as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues, youll ensure the reliability of enduser services while mentoring the support team and driving strategic improvements in technology and processes. Responsibilities Lead service desk operations and provide Level2 and3 support for hardware, software, and Microsoft365 tools. Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and manage incident response efforts. Mentor the support team, contribute to onboarding activities, and drive system documentation, automation, and process optimisation. Skills and experience Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 5+ years experience in IT support, service desk, or operations roles. Strong PowerShell scripting and automation capabilities. Proven experience leading incident resolution and mentoring support teams. Certifications such as Microsoft365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator or ITIL Foundation (preferred).
