Job Description

Learning Business Partner Amazon is seeking a skilled, motivated and customer obsessed Learning Business Partner with a history of high performance; role supports Global Operations Learning & Development initiatives within the APAC region. This role will support our Go to Market team, responsible for driving learning solutions that enable operational excellence across the organization. You will act as a business partner to bridge gaps between operations, HR and product teams to identify, develop and implement effective learning solutions while ensuring continuous improvement and measurable business impact. The Learning Business Partner will be a passionate customer and learner advocate with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to motivate others to action. You will have proven capabilities in managing projects and the ability to manage competing priorities. The ideal candidate will be a selfstarter with a passion for customer experience, a high level of flexibility and the ability to continuously improve processes of managing talent development activities across APAC operations. Key job responsibilities Work with the central product function to conduct learning needs analyses to identify skill gaps and development opportunities Translate business challenges into learning requirements and opportunities Partner with operations leaders to understand priorities and align learning solutions accordingly Collaborate with product teams to communicate learning requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs Lead end-to-end implementation of learning solutions across designated markets Create and maintain execution roadmaps to ensure timely delivery of learning programs Performance measurement & continuous improvement of Learning Programs Basic Qualifications Experience developing customer relationships and influencing key decision-makers Experience translating customer needs into business requirements Experience developing and implementing training programs Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization 5+ years experience in a HR Business Partner, Learning and Development, people related functions or similar role Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to travel up to 30% of the time Preferred Qualifications Experience delivering technology products or services in a high growth environment Experience in program or engagement management, leading other project managers to deliver a program with multiple and concurrent projects Learning facilitation experience Bachelors degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Business or related field Acknowledgement Of Country In the spirit of reconciliation, Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
