About the RoleAn opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a respected regional builder delivering commercial, education, and government projects across NSW. Based in either Tumut or Parkes, youll take ownership of on-site delivery, leading day-to-day operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesManage site operations, subcontractors, and trades to deliver projects from start to finish.Oversee construction programs, ensuring key milestones and quality standards are achieved.Coordinate with the Project Manager and office team on scheduling, procurement, and reporting.Drive safety compliance and promote a positive site culture.Monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and maintain clear communication with clients and consultants.Skills & ExperienceMinimum 5 years experience as a Site Manager within commercial construction.Proven background managing projects across education, government, or community sectors.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and construction programs.Commitment to safety, quality, and team performance.Trade or tertiary qualification in Building, Construction, or related discipline.Whats on OfferPermanent role with a long-established regional builder.Opportunity to work close to home in Tumut or Parkes.Supportive management team and well-structured business.Competitive salary package plus accommodation and benefits.For more information, please contact Andrew in Fusion People #J-18808-Ljbffr
