Strategically lead the full portfolio of finance, assets, infrastructure and IT driving added value and performance oversight across the organisation. About you Membership of a recognised professional accounting body. Management and senior leadership experience in a similar sized organisation, with health sector expertise highly regarded. Analytical, innovative and critical thinking skills to drive complex programmes in a demanding regional environment. Proven ability to lead and transform largescale financial management and procurement functions, delivering demonstrable outcomes. Champion a collaborative culture built on accountability, transparency and achievement, ensuring longterm operational and organisational sustainability. Expertise in negotiation, consultation and communication to manage and align diverse government and community stakeholders.
