About the Role: We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead the daytoday operations and drive the strategic success of Katoomba Views Care Community. Why This Role? Be fully accountable for the care communitys performance across care quality, financial results, compliance, and resident satisfaction. Build strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, staff, and the local community. Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement through effective processes and your dedicated leadership team. What Youll Bring Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a servicedriven environment (aged care, health, hospitality, or community sectors). A natural ability to inspire, engage, and develop teams, creating a culture where people can be their best. A strong commercial and financial acumen, paired with an unwavering passion for delivering exceptional quality care. Exceptional communication skills and a visible, handson leadership style. A deep understanding of quality frameworks, regulatory standards, and risk management.
