BioGiene Murray Bridge, South Australia, Australia You will serve as the Site Manager for an industrial/food processing clean-up crew, responsible for ensuring the operational hygiene of some of the country''s largest Food Processing facilities. Responsibilities Night shift position available in Murray Bridge, SA. Provide contingency, supervision and direction to employees. Leading by example and driving continuous improvement. Building strong relationships with both employees and clients. Ensuring company policies and procedures are implemented. Looking after the company and client property and equipment. Reporting of correct and accurate data. Following site safety, WHS requirements, and reporting any hazards. Complying with the Integrated Management System (computer skills required - Microsoft Word and Excel). Participate in daily cleaning verification checks to ensure the quality outcomes are achieved. Qualifications Cando attitude and physical fitness to perform a variety of tasks. Supervisory experience in processing facilities or industrial cleaning. Wellorganised and able to coordinate staff. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adhere to deadlines. Ability to meet specified hygiene results and report any shortfalls. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
